These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to everyone who activates or uses Brain Blast AI at brainblastai.com (the "Service"). By activating a game serial number or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not activate the card. Unactivated cards may be returned for a full refund as described in Section 7.
Brain Blast AI is software that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content for trivia and party games, including questions, answers, riddles, stories and similar material. Content is created automatically based on the prompts that users ("Creators") enter.
The Service does not require a login, password, or registration. Access is granted through the game serial number printed on your activation card.
Content is produced by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or incorrect answers. brainblastai.com is not responsible for errors in generated content and makes no guarantee that any question, answer, or other material is correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Content is provided for entertainment and educational fun only and should not be relied on as a source of fact.
Creators must use appropriate, respectful language when writing prompts. You agree not to enter prompts that request or are intended to produce content that is:
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the content generated from them.
Brain Blast AI is intended to be a family-friendly experience. Any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is not family-rated may be deleted at any time, without prior notice.
If inappropriate prompts or non-family-rated content are a recurring issue on a game serial number, brainblastai.com may deactivate that serial number without prior notice to the user. A deactivated serial number loses access to the Service and its content.
You must accept these Terms before activating your card. If you do not agree, do not activate it. You may return the card for a full refund, subject to the following:
Upon return, the card's serial number is permanently deactivated and can no longer be used.
Each activation card is a one-time purchase that includes a set allowance of AI content generation. Usage is limited per serial number, and allowances may differ by card type. Once an allowance is used, additional generation may not be available.
The Service is designed for players of all ages. Children should use the Service with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or teacher, who is responsible for the prompts entered and for supervising the child's use of the Service.
You may choose to add a recovery email to help restore access to your serial number. This is optional. If provided, it is stored in encrypted form and used only for access recovery.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, brainblastai.com and its owners and operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, from AI-generated content, from content deletion, from serial deactivation (including deactivation after a return), or from a lost serial number.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
